Common Claims Requiring Verification

Be cautious when a website uses terms such as:

  • "EU regulated"
  • "MiCA licensed"
  • "MiCA approved"
  • "European licensed"
  • "Government approved"
  • "AMLA certified"
  • "ESMA approved"

Such terminology does not establish legal status by itself.

Official regulatory sources should be consulted.
