01 / WHO WE ARE

Regulatory knowledge.
Practical purpose.

We help organisations understand the European regulatory framework, assess their regulatory position, strengthen compliance frameworks, verify publicly available regulatory information and identify emerging risks within the digital-asset ecosystem.

Our focus includes the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), Crypto-Asset Service Providers (CASPs), anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT), customer due diligence, blockchain and transaction monitoring, regulatory intelligence, transparency, governance and operational resilience.

We also support broader digital-trust initiatives, including communications-protection solutions where appropriate telecommunications services are available.

OUR ROLE

Our Role

Explore our services

Our role is to support transparency, regulatory integrity and responsible participation within the European digital-asset and financial-services environment.

We provide practical information, regulatory intelligence, verification, market monitoring and compliance-oriented services to help businesses, professionals and clients better understand the regulatory framework and identify relevant risks.

Our activities focus on supporting regulatory awareness, CASP verification, AML/CFT compliance, market-integrity monitoring, regulatory investigations, MiCA transition and the identification of potentially unauthorised or misleading activities.

We work with publicly available regulatory information and relevant official sources to promote greater transparency and informed decision-making across the European market.

02 / OUR PERSPECTIVE

A European Perspective

Crypto-asset markets operate across borders. Regulatory status, authorisation requirements and supervisory arrangements therefore need to be considered in their European and national context.

We work with a framework that connects EU-level developments with the work of national competent authorities and other relevant institutions.

Our objective is simple:

To make regulatory information more accessible, compliance more practical and the digital-asset environment more transparent.

03 / OUR MISSION

Supporting a Safer and More Transparent Digital-Asset Market

The European digital-asset market is entering a more mature regulatory environment.

MiCA has established a common EU framework for many crypto-assets and crypto-asset services, while AML/CFT requirements, operational resilience, cybersecurity, governance and market-integrity expectations continue to develop.

Our mission is to help businesses and market participants navigate this environment responsibly.

OUR COMMITMENT

We aim to:

  • Improve understanding of European crypto-asset regulation
  • Support businesses preparing for and maintaining regulatory compliance
  • Promote reliable regulatory-status verification
  • Help identify potentially unauthorised or misleading activities
  • Strengthen AML/CFT and financial-crime controls
  • Encourage transparency in the digital-asset market
  • Connect regulatory information with practical business decisions
  • Support responsible innovation within the European digital economy

04 / OUR APPROACH

Understand. Verify. Comply. Protect.

We believe regulatory compliance should be understandable, evidence-based and operational.

We therefore focus on four stages:

01

Understand

Identify the rules, regulatory perimeter and obligations relevant to the activity.

02

Verify

Check legal entities, regulatory status, authorisations and publicly available information against appropriate official sources.

03

Comply

Translate regulatory requirements into policies, controls, procedures and governance arrangements.

04

Protect

Identify and manage financial, regulatory, operational, technological and digital risks.
